Former Senior Executive | Speaker | Advisor | Founder, She Carries It
For over two decades, I built and led complex organizations from the inside.
I served in senior executive roles across finance, operations, IT, and digital transformation within large, global manufacturing and consumer businesses—often in environments where the pace was relentless, expectations were high, and the margin for error was small. I led teams through growth, restructuring, acquisitions, and strategic change, partnering closely with CEOs, boards, and executive leadership teams to deliver results.
Throughout my career, I was known for being steady under pressure, deeply strategic, and results-driven. I understand how businesses actually run—how decisions get made, how performance is measured, and what leaders are truly accountable for.
What I also saw—clearly and repeatedly—was something organizations rarely name.
The invisible load carried by women (& men) and the burnout that results from it.

She Carries It exists to change the conversation—inside organizations and inside homes—about what sustainable success actually requires. You can have it all. You just can’t do it all. And you don’t have to carry it alone.
In leadership rooms and across kitchen tables, I watched capable, ambitious women shoulder far more than what appeared on their job descriptions. They were navigating demanding careers while quietly managing the mental load of families, households, caregiving, and expectations that never seemed to switch off. This isn’t a “work-life balance” issue. It’s a capacity issue. And it directly impacts performance, retention, engagement, and well-being. I didn’t study this from the sidelines. I lived it—while leading at the highest levels
Through keynotes, workshops, assessments, and advisory work, I help women—and the organizations they serve—make the invisible visible, reduce overload, and redesign how life and leadership work together. This is not about doing less. It’s about carrying differently. My work is grounded in: Executive-level credibility and real-world leadership experience Practical, implementable frameworks—not theory A deep respect for both organizational performance and personal sustainability Because when women are supported in the full reality of their lives, everyone benefits.

What sets my work apart is the intersection of executive leadership, operational discipline, and lived experience. I speak the language of business because I’ve been accountable for outcomes. I understand the pressure leaders face because I’ve carried it myself. And I know how personal systems, support structures, and clarity at home directly influence performance at work. She Carries It was built to address what traditional leadership development and well-being programs overlook: the invisible load—and the cost of ignoring it.
